How often do you update phone numbers?
Currently, it’s approximately once a week. We strive to maintain the frequency of phone number updates, but due to limited resources, we cannot guarantee continuous updates.
Why am I not receiving SMS?
We are actively working to address this delay issue. Currently, due to technical reasons, you may need to wait for about 5 minutes to receive SMS. If you still haven’t received SMS after waiting for 5 minutes, it’s usually due to the following reasons:
- The service has blocked our numbers.
- Our numbers are offline.
